This bathroom renovation project was designed to create a functional yet luxurious retreat for the client. The old fixtures and wall finishes were carefully removed, followed by surface preparation for waterproofing and tiling. We installed large format ceramic tiles in a neutral tone to create an open, spa-like ambiance, complemented by a custom wall feature and decorative niches for candle display. The bathtub was updated and framed with tile work, and new high quality brass fixtures were installed to improve both aesthetics and performance. We also upgraded the lighting and ventilation systems to meet modern standards. This renovation significantly improved the bathroom’s comfort, functionality, and resale appeal.
