This project involved foundational cement and block work in preparation for an outdoor utility area. We excavated and framed the site to pour a reinforced concrete slab that would act as a sturdy base. The slab was leveled and cured properly to avoid cracking and settlement issues. Above the slab, we constructed a block wall using high quality cement blocks, stacked and bonded with mortar to provide maximum structural support. The block joints were carefully aligned and finished to allow for future rendering or attachment of surface finishes. This build was designed to serve as the groundwork for additional outdoor features, including storage units or a built-in grill, offering both durability and flexibility for the client’s future plans.
